a. There are two parts to verify your profile. The first part is to upload a supporting document about your identity and the second part is to complete your application.

b. To verify your identity:

i. Enter your profile and click "Upload File".
ii. In the “I want to upload” section, click “Select” and choose “Upload” in the “Identity Verification” section.
iii. Add the expiration date and the document number.
iv. Select the document type and country of issue.
v. Upload a picture of your document. We need the front and back side, make sure that the picture is high resolution and does not exceed 20 MB. We accept JPG, PNG, PDF and GIFs.

c. Complete your application:

i. Navigate to your profile.
ii. Click “Complete” your application.
iii. Fill in some additional information about yourself and submit your application.
iv. Once we have reviewed your application you will be notified accordingly.
